  Nice people on the phone, however beware that this insurance company is VERY small and if somone takes the day off the day you need to file a claim then your out of luck. Also, if you need information on your claim and the claims lady is sick or out of town, you will have to wait till that person gets back, because evidentally no one has access to that information. This company has very low premiums, but this is for a reason if you ever file a claim, your going to have to fight tooth and nail to get any money from them. Every year I had this company for home owners insurance they would add another ammendment to my policy listing something that they won't cover. Every year it just gets worse and worse. There ammendments are designed so they can interpet the damage to their advantage so they can pay as little as possible. I thought I had a replacement cost policy but with all the ammendments they added it isn't really. This company has low premiums but BEWARE its for a reason.
